The class benefits mother-to-be through gentle movements, conscious breathing and relaxation. Poses are held longer, allowing mothers to open their boy through passive stretching.
For after childbirth, the Yoga practice helps in restoring the shape of your body, uterus, abdomen and pelvic floor and in relieving upper back tension after childbirth.
