The practice of Yoga can help to prepare your mind and body for labour. This course is a holistic preparation during pregnancy for labor, birth and post-natal. In every class combines slow movements and conscious breathing to helping in maintaining interan focus and induce relaxation. The class benefits mother-to-be through gentle movements, conscious breathing and relaxation. Poses are held longer, allowing mothers to open their boy through passive stretching.

For after childbirth, the Yoga practice helps in restoring the shape of your body, uterus, abdomen and pelvic floor and in relieving upper back tension after childbirth.

As we age, the human body has natural tendency to become increasingly less flexible, reduced capacity to move and bend in all direction.

Yoga is preeminent in its ability to preserve and bring back the body suppleness. For this alone, yoga is the most natural and essential remedy for the effects of aging. Yoga is excellent for all age group, it is even more important as we get older.

Our Yoga Therapy is a course that consists of 20 classes: twice a week for 10 weeks. The classes are appoinment basis.
